Old building retreat in the Akazien-Kiez: renovated 2-room apartment in Eisenacher Straße

This historic building from the beginning of the 20th century is located in a popular residential area of the Akazien-Kiez. The building consists of a front building and two side wings, which are grouped around a green inner courtyard. The property is centrally heated and has a full basement. The fresh water and sewage pipes were renovated in 2014 / 2015 and the top floor has been converted into apartments.
