Reservation conditions

Please confirm that you are aware of and agree to the following reservation conditions:

  • Your reservation is valid for 4 weeks from receipt of the reservation confirmation and is no longer valid after its expiry.
  • The duration of the reservation cannot be extended by a new reservation of the same property.
  • Once the reservation has been made, we will immediately commission the notary to provide you with a draft of the personalised purchase contract
  • The reservation fee will not be refunded if the purchase contract is not concluded due to the fault of the buyer.
  • Once the purchase of your reserved unit is concluded, the reservation fee of 1.000,00 € will be refunded.
  • If a reservation already exists for the property, only a second reservation is possible, which will receive the next rank.
  • The seller is free to withdraw from the reservation until conclusion of the purchase contract.
  • If the purchase does not materialise due to the fault of the seller, the reservation fee of 1.000,00 € will be refunded.
