The "Wohnen am Wiesenpark" project comprises a total of 150 residential units spread across two building plots and several houses.

Future residents can choose from various floor plans in different types of houses. These include generously proportioned apartments in the city villas and maisonettes as well as terraced houses. From 3 to 5 rooms and sizes ranging from approx. 96 m² to 152 m², the units offer a home for every lifestyle. Each apartment has a beautiful balcony or terrace. The well thought-out layout of the rooms allows for optimal use of the living space, with open-plan kitchens harmoniously integrated into the living areas. Well thought-out storage solutions, high-quality materials and modern fittings round off the overall picture.

Each apartment is allocated a parking space in the underground garage and its own cellar compartment. Some of the underground parking spaces are accessed directly via the building entrances and are supplemented by an elevator in the middle of each building plot.

House types

City villa:
The city villas are designed as two-flats and offer a stylish home with spacious 3 rooms. All apartments have a large balcony or terrace. The units on the first floor are barrier-free.

Maisonette house:
In the apartment building, ground-floor apartments with 2 to 3 rooms were created on the first floor and maisonette apartments with 3 to 5 rooms on the two floors above. The maisonette apartments have an internal staircase to connect the two levels. On the top floor, the façade on the south and north sides of each apartment is set back on one side, creating one or two terraces per maisonette.

Terraced house:
The terraced houses offer large 4-room apartments over three floors, each with a separate entrance. They are accessed via internal, open staircases. The top floor is set back, creating a roof terrace for each apartment and a garden terrace on the first floor. There is also a directly accessible usable area in the basement/cellar.

Location

The "Wohnen am Wiesenpark" residential project is located in Basdorf, a district of the liveable municipality of Wandlitz. The metropolitan region around Berlin has become increasingly popular and sought-after in recent years. Communities such as Wandlitz in particular, with their proximity to the capital and well-developed infrastructure, offer the ideal mix of a life close to nature and the advantages of a large city within easy reach.

The quick accessibility of the capital is a decisive factor that increases the attractiveness of the region. You can get from Basdorf station to the center of Berlin in no time at all by car or public transport. With the reactivation of the Heidekrautbahn, a direct connection from Basdorf to Berlin with up to eight stops is planned. In future, climate-friendly hydrogen trains will run on the line every 30 minutes to Berlin-Gesundbrunnen.

The municipality of Wandlitz has been known as a local recreation area with diverse nature for centuries, as it still is today. In addition to the Barnim Nature Park, a vast area with extensive woods, forests, moors and ponds, Lake Wandlitz with its lido and water sports facilities is a popular destination for residents and visitors alike.
