Old building in a square location: Beautiful Art Nouveau building in the Boxhagener Kiez!

Located directly on Boxhagener Platz, this old Art Nouveau building consists of a front building, side wing and rear building, which are grouped around a green inner courtyard.
The building is heated by gas central heating, which was only installed in 2023/2024. Elevators were added to the front building and the side wing as part of the loft extension and the complete renovation of the roof truss in 2019, but these are only used by the apartments in the loft area.
The condition of the building is of a medium standard. In the coming years, the owners' association will gradually invest in the building to renovate the façade, stairwells and windows, among other things. Renovation of the fresh water and sewage pipes is also under discussion.
