The charming Art Nouveau building was built around 1900 and consists of a first floor with three upper floors and a converted attic. The building was renovated in 2000 as part of a subsidy agreement with the Investitionsbank Berlin. The fresh water and sewage pipes as well as the building's electrical system were renewed and the roof was renovated. The apartments were completely refurbished and a gas central heating system was installed. Since then, the property has been in good and well-kept condition. The building has a beautiful entrance with detailed Art Nouveau stucco and an attractively landscaped inner courtyard. Balconies are available on the street and courtyard sides.
The funding agreement with Investitionsbank Berlin expired in 2021. This means that all the conditions that existed as part of the funding agreement no longer apply.
