The Wilhelminian style building from 1890 consists of a front building and two side wings in a classic perimeter block development with an inner courtyard. A representative entrance and the opulent staircase still bear witness to the sweeping architecture of historicism. Detailed handrails and woodwork on the apartment doors and stairs are still well preserved.
